The power plug had an issue after 9 months of use and the machine would no longer power up. I contacted customer service and had an online chat with the rep, who referred the issue to customer service. That rep contacted me immediately via email and then continued with daily updates. As it turned out, this unit was out of stock, so they sent me an upgraded model, the 2300 PSI, which has a 4 wheel base and a retractable handle. Those two features made this unit so easy to move around, which was huge, as I'm old with a bad back :) The original unit was a bit cumbersome to move around with only 2 wheels and the handle was only 2 feet off the ground. And the assembly literally took 5 minutes. Kudos to the customer service team for the daily follow ups! It did take a few weeks to receive the new one, as I believe they are based in China, so email exchanges were only once per day, but they treated me with courtesy and respect, and only wanted to resolve the issue and get me a replacement. Totally recommend this product, especially the 2300, and the Vevor company, as they absolutely back up their products! Very satisfied customer!!PS -it also does the job very well. Cleaned over 35 years of patina and grime off the huge rock in my flower garden in no time.
