Seriously, this is a game changer for a commercial pressure washer who needs to shift between their surface cleaner and wand without having to turn off their washer. The bolt on top came loose once, but I just tightened it and no problems since then. It's also a great, low pressure bulk rinsing tool. Just turn the valve about half way and it sprays water with some pressure. I like that when I don't want to make a mess.It's nice and sturdy and of course takes a bit of effort to cut off the 3500psi when the pressure washer is running. When it's not under pressure, it closes easily. It took a while to "break it in", but was still very usable until then. That's just my experience.
