I was happy with the purchase when we first tried it out. But then, I was pressure washing my deck and about 30 minutes into it, it quit working. The machine was hot to the touch. The water was coming out but the motor quit. Any idea how to contact customer service for a replacement?Use the 15° and 25° nozzles it easily cleans the 10 year build up of black and green funk right off leaving the pressure treated boards looking fairly new again. Was easy to assemble and easy to use.I love this power washer.I love this pressure washer, he cleaned the front walk, the siding, and our patio, absolutely beautiful.I have used many pressure washers in the past . I was hesitant to buy this just because I am not familiar with the brand name . However this thing has surpassed all my expectations . The different nozzles are just the right ones for any house use . I am very happy with this purchase.very powerful! Love it better than my former gas one! Does the job fast. Better than gas.After searching for two hours, this one was just the right one. The back-lit screen is easy to read. It's accurate and he loves the way it zeroes out after weighing the mixing bowl/pan/pot. The three minute shut-off gives him plenty of time to work. It cleans well and looks sleek in our kitchen.
