When the power washer arrived it was in a very badly damaged box. When I started assembling the power washer I noticed that the handle will not align with the body because of the damage. I am unsure if it is going to assemble. Lastly, there was a grease like substance covering the front of the power washer.Package was badly damaged even though it didn't travel very far. Given the weight it pro needs a sturdier box and more packaging because the frame arms were bent. It was a struggle to get the handle on the bent Fame and I don't think, I will be able to use the folding feature. On the bright side, it does a good job cleaning, runs well and very little effort to start. DON'T be decieved in the marketing of this product! The product is made in China and distributed by an LLC they have here in the here "Americas"Ordered in June 2020. Box was damaged, frame was bent and handle foam was torn. Was able to assemble after putting some muscle into it. It's now December 2021, I've used this machine 3-4 times. It has been stored in my clean dry garage. Used it today and the axle fell off because the mounts rusted. If you stop before you finish, good luck getting it restarted right away. Definitely not a reliable Briggs and Stratton engine. Purchased new on woot and wish I hadn't.Updated 9/15: So, you can disregard what I included above. While comparing the starting order steps in the manual to a little sticker on the machine itself I noticed they were in different order. Follow the steps on the sticker, not the printed manual. If you do, it seems to start right up on the first pull. From an overall use perspective, it did the job as expected. I used it on vinyl siding as well as a concrete sidewalk and cleaned some significant buildup right away. I didn't use a detergent. One thing I like about the washer overall is the integration of the small nozzle heads into the handle bracket so I won't lose them, as I'm prone to do.
