I have been using this Polycom VVX 601 for 4 months already and I never got any issue. Very easy to use. I like that it is already on touch screen, very updated. It has great features. Compatible with my Plantronics wireless bluetooth headset. I love that you can it has a usb port that you can connect a web camera or any flash drive to put or save photo as the wall paper on the phone. Not the cheapest one but considered one of the best desk phone.Upgraded from Cisco IP phone to this polycom unit. Call clarity is much better with this model than previous Cisco model. Used originally with RingCentral than we switched to PanTerra networks and actually dumped all Cisco phones for Polycom. Significant improvement all around both phones and service. It does not have wifi built in, but powers with POE off of our Unifi network switch. Once less cable to have to plug in somewhere.I ordered multiple new VVX 601 from BecTech and the phones were not new. They had already had lines programmed. When you place a test call, it said the account was deactivated due to non-payment. The default Polycom password had been changed as well. Reached out to BecTech and they were of no assistance. They did not offer to send me replacements nor would they credit me any money for paying for 'new' phones when I received phones that were already programmed. There was no one higher up to assist either, their only response was I could keep them or send them back. Not very customer service for a company who is deceiving customers. We recently changed VOIP providers and needed to upgrade our phones. The VVX601 has great sound quality, tons of features and was very easy to set up. I highly recommend this product and vendor. After working with a phone technology firm that installed my phone system, and services it, the phone would not allow for outbound calls. The tech person tried it in a different environment (his office), where it worked fine. My older model Polycom phone still worked so I kept it. I ended up giving the phone to the tech guy to offset all the time he spent trying to make the phone work. I doubt if I will ever buy a Polycom phone again. Expensive lesson. This is a great phone, especially having the capability to use your bluetooth with it. I wish it could support apple air-pods but other than that I have no gripe. If you need an IP phone, you can't go wrong with this one.I should have read the other reviews, these phones were not new, were already programmed, default passwords changed, and warranty expired 2 months before I bought them and Bec Tec was no help at all. wasted my time and money because I did not read the reviews
