Did exactly what I needed it to do.I can reach about 20’ on my 2 story home.This is the thing, I've had many versions of this product and every single one, no matter the brand or price point, I've always wondered, "has the manufacturer ever used or tested their product?"Look, the angles are all off. It's just more difficult than it needs to be. It's allot of effort. Why is that? Maybe it's the nature of the arena, but it seems to me that, if the manufacturer ever used their product, they could do better.That being said, this product is as good as any.My husband bought for 2 reason one cleaning our gutters and for cleaning the the two and half story white siding on our house because I was go to call someone to come out and do pressure wash the house for us. No need to do that anymore this does it all just were some old clothes you are working with water you will get wet there is alot of force with this extension. It did an amazing job. Save us alot of money doing it ourselvesGood bundle of accessories. Works well. It is difficult to handle when extended, but that is to be expected.Better than expected...good quality and sturdy product.I have this thing hook to my 2700 PSI pressure washer. with it extended out i look like a spaghetti man trying to wrestle a horse. Wife loved it when i tried it out. Didn't know she could laugh that hard.Good value for the money.Would recomend! Keeps you off the roof.Did not receive the 3/8 quick connect.I cannot use the product
